Loan Operations Processor-Pilot Point

As a Loan Operations Processor, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers achieve their financial goals by ensuring loans are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Your day may include:

• Processing, closing, funding, and servicing consumer and commercial loans
• Preparing loan documentation and booking loans
• Reviewing loan files for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with lenders and internal departments
• Processing renewals, modifications, and construction draws
• Managing collateral, titles, UCC filings, and insurance tracking
• Reconciling accounts and processing loan payoffs
• Solving problems and delivering exceptional service to both customers and teammates

• Detail-oriented and organized
• A great communicator and team player
• Able to juggle multiple priorities
• Passionate about accuracy and customer service
• Banking or loan operations experience is a plus!
